Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I noticed the room curtains were dusty, which triggered allergies and headaches throughout my stay. The breakfast options were pretty bare-bones, offering only a few types of cheese and cooked eggs—barely enough to satisfy. the noise levels were disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the room's overall tidiness seemed to depend on tipping the cleaning staff, which wasn't ideal.

Fantastic location near the Yusufpasa tram line, perfect for exploring Istanbul. Our upgraded family room had a lovely balcony for relaxing during hot summer days! !
The swimming pool is quite small and overpriced, charging £10 per hour per person, which adds up quickly for families.
